Complete a submission form and send us your details on a new customer form. Tell us what you have and why you need the valuation. We’ll confirm your booking and send packing instructions.

2. SEND OR BRING IN
Post your items to us or drop them in to our Birmingham Customer Service counter. Our valuers examine every piece.

3. RECEIVE YOUR REPORT
Within 10 working days your report and items are returned. Accepted by insurers, solicitors, HMRC, and courts across the UK.

We recommend using Royal Mail Special delivery. You can also hand deliver your items by visiting our Customer Service counter at 1 Moreton Street, Birmingham, B1 3AX.

How long does a valuation take?

Standard turnaround is 10 working days from receipt of your item.

Can I visit in person?

Absolutely, you can drop off your items at our Customer Service counter at 1 Moreton Street, Birmingham, B1 3AX.

Our reports are accepted by all major UK insurers. If your insurer has specific requirements, contact us before booking and we will confirm we can meet them.

What if I don't know what my jewellery is made of?

That’s exactly why you come to us. Our valuers will identify the metal, assess purity, identify any gemstones, and provide you with a complete description, you don’t need to know anything in advance.

How often should I have my jewellery revalued?

Most insurers recommend revaluing jewellery every 3–5 years. Precious metal prices and gemstone values change significantly over time and your jewellery may now be worth considerably more than your current insurance covers.
